《长夜将尽》以保姆叶晓霖为核心人物，讲述她伪装进入老人家庭图谋行凶，因与饲养员马德勇的相遇打破了原有生活平衡，警察周平在追查案件中与他们的命运交织。影片通过探讨生命尊严、家庭关系、死亡教育等议题，唤起观众对老龄化问题的关注和思考。本片获第27届上海国际电影节主竞赛单元评委会大奖、最佳女演员与第19届FIRST青年电影展最佳编剧、最佳演员。
Wild Nights, Tamed Beasts centers on Ye Xiaolin,
who disguises
herself
as a caregiver
to
infiltrate elderly households with the
intend to
murder. Her plans are
disrupted when she meets
Ma Deyong, a
zookeeper,
throwing her life into disarray. As
police officer Zhou Ping investigates the case,
their fates
become inextricably intertwined. By exploring themes of
life's dignity, familial bonds, and death education, the film aims to provoke audience contemplation of our aging society. This film won the Jury Grand Prix and Best Actress Award in the Main Competition Section of the 27th Shanghai International Film Festival, as well as the Best Screenplay and Best Performance Awards at the 19th FIRST International Film Festival.
导演简介 Director's Profile
王通本硕毕业于中国传媒大学导演系。2015年短片《吉日安葬》先后入围釜山国际电影节、FIRST青年电影展、中国独立影展、亚洲大学生电影节等国内外电影节并获奖。2016年参加FIRST罗泓轸导演工作坊并拍摄短片《无人知晓》。2020年参加中国电影导演协会“青葱计划”并获年度五强。2025年首部电影《长夜将尽》获第27届上海国际电影节主竞赛单元评委会大奖、最佳女演员奖（万茜）与第19届FIRST青年电影展最佳编剧奖、最佳演员奖（饶晓志）。
Wang Tong graduated with a Bachelor's and a
Master's degree in Directing from the Communication University of China. In 2015, his short film Time to Die was selected and awarded at several domestic and international film festivals, including BIFF, FIRST, CIFF and AUFF. In 2016, he directed Wu Ren Zhi Xiao at the Na Hong-jin Director Workshop at FIRST. In 2020, he was named as
a
top-five finalist in the CFDG Young Director Support Program by the China Film Directors' Guild. In 2025, his first feature film, titled Wild Nights, Tamed Beasts, won the Jury Grand Prix and Best Actress Award
